Kids’ Halloween Spooktacular! Come in costume to Discovery Place on Oct 29 from 12-2 for tons of spooky fun Halloween themed activities and crafts! $5; kids 3 and under free.
Twice the Live Music, Costume Contests and FUN! Hopkins Icehouse - benefitting Randy Sams Shelter and Texarkana Animal League at 8PM with Costume contest, music from Bo Phillips for 21 and up. $10.
